RESOLVED: Attach Files to Your Support Tickets!

Dear Valued Client,

We’re excited to inform you that you can now attach files when creating a support ticket as the issue relating to this has been fixed.

Whether you need to share screenshots, logs, or documents to better explain an issue, this feature will make it easier for our team to assist you quickly and effectively.

How to Attach Files:

  • Log in to your Teqservers account
  • Navigate to the Support section
  • Create a new ticket and simply upload the relevant file(s)
